By booking and receiving services at Theraholistic, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Appointment & Cancellation Policy
• All appointments must be booked in advance.
• If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the full amount of the service fee.
• No-shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.

2. Health and Safety
• Please inform your massage therapist of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries before your session.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if you appear intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, or in a condition that may affect the safety and comfort of your session.
• If you are pregnant, consult your healthcare provider before booking a massage.

3. Payment & Fees
• Full payment is due at the time of service.
• We accept cash, debit card, American express, credit card, contacless, apple pay.
• Prices for services are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Respectful Behavior
• We strive to provide a comfortable and professional environment. Any inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to sexual advances or harassment, will not be tolerated.
• In such cases, the service will be immediately terminated, and you may be asked to leave without a refund.

5. Confidentiality
• Your personal information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.
• Any sensitive health information shared with your therapist will be kept private and used solely to ensure your safety and comfort during your massage.

6. Liability
• Theraholistic is not responsible for any injuries or discomfort that occur before, during, or after the massage session, except where it is directly caused by the negligence of the therapist.
• We recommend that you consult a healthcare professional before receiving massage therapy, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions.

7. Gift Cards
• Gift cards are available for purchase and are non-refundable.
• Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

8. Client Consent
• By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read and understand these terms and conditions.
• You consent to receiving the chosen massage therapy service under these terms.
